During my waddles I like both the common and the unexpected scenes. After watching the short-eared owls in the dusk, I saw a coot swimming…. chasing a muskrat. That was a first.

This is the very 1st time a brown #pigeon has landed on me. Brown & white #pigeons will eat from my hands, but they've never landed in my hands or on me. so this was a 1st😁💙

Awesome catch this morning. A grey heron made a dive into the reeds, and came out with two frogs!
Catching two frogs was one thing.
Eating them both another… see video.
