The Case for Impeachment — IMPEACH TRUMP. AGAIN. Congress should have opened an impeachment investigation into Trump’s violations of the Emoluments Clauses and into his unlawful, corrupt campaign practices on Day 1 of Trump’s second administration. The US and our democracy have paid the price. Those were the first but not the last offenses against our country that Trump has committed since taking office, & for which he should be impeached & removed.
