The Medito foundation is a non-profit organization based in the Netherlands that tries to help people through meditation and mindfulness.
The do so by providing providing free meditation training in an app for both iOS and Android.
The seem to be struggling in their last round of fund raising and need to raise another $27484 by the end of January.
I rather like the service as it helped me a lot, particularly during Covid, so I'm trying to pay a little bit back with this appeal.

Heres a year-end list of #meditation apps, if you're interested in starting or trying a new one. My preference is still the #Medito app. It offers similar stuff, and its free forever. I don't think you should have to pay to learn to meditate, but that's me.
