Dear Friends when I was in prison,
Teaching.

I found a variety of people. Many needed hope and turned to religion, yoga practice, meditation etc. I was teaching computing. Coding HTML for websites. Which was difficult as the sites had to be offline and on floppy disks. Three and a half inch. Officially we were doing RSA accredited courses. I managed to combine the two.

Anyways. I still practice Mantrayana/Vajrayana #Buddhism as a form of transformation. Yesterday I was doing the #mantra of #Tara (a Buddha/Bodhisattva/Mother Being dedicated to being continually 'reborn' as a woman) Coincidentally she turned up in my old shrine building folder as I was tidying...
