“Domenica si è chiuso un teatrino imbarazzante riguardante la scellerata nomina di Beatrice Venezi alla Fondazione teatro La Fenice. Una nomina che abbiamo sempre contestato per le modalità, non ci siamo mai permessi di entrare nel merito delle qualità artistiche del maestro. Una nomina frutto di due elementi caratterizzanti di questo governo e del ministero della cultura, incompetenza e arroganza, e che ha prodotto danni enormi alla Fondazione”. Così il capogruppo del M5s al Senato, Luca Pirondini, intervenendo in aula sulla “cacciata” di Beatrice Venezi dal teatro La Fenice di Venezia.
La scelta, ha sottolineato, ha fatto danni “soprattutto ai lavoratori, da mesi bersaglio di offese da parte di personaggi che in un teatro d’opera non ci sono mai entrati”.
“Per questo governo il comparto culturale è un poltronificio – ha aggiunto – Per questo governo la parola merito andava solo inserita nel nome di un ministero, ma per il resto non ce n’è nemmeno l’ombra”.
“Oggi indossiamo la spilla prodotta dai lavoratori e dalle lavoratrici del teatro la Fenice, simbolo di una battaglia: contro l’arroganza e l’incompetenza, per tutelare la dignità professionale di professoresse e professori che hanno studiato molto di più di quei somari che in questi mesi li hanno insultati”, ha proseguito.
E ha concluso ringraziando i lavoratori e le lavoratrici: “Hanno dimostrato che la loro unità e caparbietà poteva sconfiggere l’arroganza e l’incompetenza di questo governo. In un Paese normale, Mazzi, Giuli e Colabianchi non sarebbero ancora al loro posto: se ne sarebbero già andati“.
