La fuga all’estero degli italiani “è un esodo che ci è costato 170 miliardi di euro”, con “192mila giovani che se ne sono andati negli ultimi quattro anni, 630mila persone tra il 2021 e 2024. Una perdita da tutti i punti di vista, ma anche dal punto di vista economico. Questo non è ancora un Paese per giovani”. La segretaria del Pd, Elly Schlein, sceglie questi dati per illustrare un fenomeno che da anni porta all’estero un flusso sempre più consistente di connazionali, che decidono di lasciare l’Italia alla ricerca di migliori opportunità professionali e qualità di vita. E per questo presenta una rosa di iniziative che possano trattenere chi ha meno di 35 anni. “Proponiamo una serie di interventi concreti che vanno dall’aumento salariale di 200 euro al mese, per i primi tre anni sui nuovi contratti stabili attivati under 35; diritto alla casa; diritto al trasporto rendendo gratuito quello pubblico per i giovani studenti; sostegno alla ricerca con borse di studio per i dottorati nelle università del sud; fondi di sostegno all’imprenditoria giovanile nelle aree interne di questo Paese. Quindi un insieme di interventi concreti che possano dare una buona ragione per restare”. Il primo firmatario della proposta di legge, Marco Sarracino, responsabile Sud e Aree Interne nella segreteria nazionale ha indicato dove il Partito Democratico intende trovare le risorse. “Per gli interventi sui salari e per il sostegno all’abitare le risorse le prendiamo dagli extraprofitti delle imprese che faranno ricavi superiori a 50 milioni di euro l’anno”. “Partire – ha aggiunto – deve essere sempre una scelta fatta per arricchire il proprio percorso professionale e il proprio percorso di vita. Mai deve essere una scelta obbligata dalla mancanza di opportunità dove si nasce, dove si cresce, dove si studia, dove si lavora e dove si vuole restare”, ha concluso Schlein.

Le temperature minime saranno in generale diminuzione, mentre le massime risulteranno in aumento sulle regioni centrali e in calo sul resto del Paese.
