Il y a quelques années, les directions prises par le projet #MapsMe avaient créé des discordes 💔, ce qui avait débouché sur un fork 🔀 nommé #OrganicMaps.
Aujourd'hui, #OrganicMaps rencontre des soucis de transparence et de gouvernance 💼, entrainant à son tour un fork 🔀, baptisé @CoMaps.
⚠️ Si, dès le départ, #MapsMe avait été un logiciel propriétaire, tout le monde aurait été pieds et poings liés ⛓️.

@lebout2canap oui 🙂 ... mais l'arme absolue qui permet d'échapper à une merdification fatale 💥, c'est le "fork", l'un des meilleurs exemples historiques étant #LibreOffice, qui s'est construit et s'est considérablement développé suite à une scission au sein du projet #OpenOffice. Autre exemple plus récent (il faudra voir ce que ça donne sur le long terme) : #OpenCloud (fork de #OwnCloud). Aussi, on a, #OrganicMaps (fork de #MapsMe).
