Want to rearrange tabs left or right without an extension?

I spent way too long trying to solve this, but did.

Here's what I did:

- Mac OS settings
- Keyboard
- Keyboard Shortcuts.. (button)
- Windows
- Arrange (untick so all SHOULD BE turned off (but aren't, read on))
- set the key combo for each of the four commands 'Arrange Left and Right" (etc) to some useless key combo you will never use.

I wanted to install the current nextcloud notes app on my nextcloud server (running 31.0.13) and my nextcloud is "blocked" by the firefox "Cloud Firewall" add-on which normally blocks amazon, cloudflare, google and other clouds. Is this a known problem with that add-on or do I have a problem on my server ?

I can disable this block, e.g., for a single visit and I finally could install the nextcloud app.

Apparently #microsoft does not like #librewolf or at least #groupme does not like #librewolf

Groupme no longer allows me to log in from librewolf. All I get is a spinning dialog. This used to work.

Still works in #firefox. Makes me wonder what personal data firefox is feeding #microslop

Mozilla (the company that makes #firefox) has a VPN service.

Which is backed by #Mullvad .

I went with them for two reasons:
- I want to support #Mozilla
- They have a #Flatpak application so I can use the GUI app on any of my #Linux Distros (and #Windows, #Mac, #Android, #iOS )

It was on Mozilla until Mozilla removed it. Been using it for years and it is excellent, works on a heap of sites.

This plus an #adblocker is good.

To enable it:

Open Firefox (version 146.0 or later)

Enter about:config in the address bar

Agree to the cautionary warning

Search for browser.tabs.splitView.enabled

Double-click the ‘false‘ value to set it to ‘true‘

That’s it; no browser restart is needed.

To create a split tab right-click on any tab and choose “Add Split View”:

Deeply confused. This looks almost like Mozilla taking feedback from their user community under advisement?

Maybe they're not fully lost? 🤔
