Sitting on the harbourside, I saw someone lose their grip on a phone, which then tumbled into the water. Sensibly, nobody jumped in to retrieve it.
After witnessing this, I held onto my own phone tightly and wondered if everything was backed up.

Over the last couple of days managed to return a #lostphone, found on a train, to its owner.
The phone was on a non-uk network, didn't have roaming turned on, so couldn't be called, or called out from, nor could photos be accessed from the cloud (I took a photo of my contact info on it).
Reunited, as the owner had taken the low-tech approach of a small piece of paper inside the case with an email address on.
Going to do this myself now...
