I recently switched careers from #law to #teaching. I have a #JD and used it in various capacities including as a corporate lawyer and a public #LawLibrarian. Much of my work with the public in a #LawLibrary convinced me to become a #SocialStudies #teacher, since so many issues could have been avoided with basic understanding of government and some analysis skills.
