But your employees?
Expected to be both gear and mechanic. To identify their own needs, sell them like products, and drive change while doing their actual job. Efficiency by exhaustion.

Some manage. Most decay.

Here’s the design flaw you keep ignoring:
Systems that only listen outward eventually collapse inward.
You track customer churn like a stock ticker, but ignore internal burnout until it takes production down with it.

Stable products? Predictable velocity? Lower turnover?
It’s not magic. It’s knowing the people building the machine.

So yes, KYC. But also KYE.
Because if you only optimize for customers, you’re building castles on corpses.

These are the #games I always install when I install #Linux to my computers, or for other people. I know that there are more advanced Linux games around (e.g. #Wesnoth, #FreeCiv), or even #Steam, but I like the simple stuff. And honestly, something like #Xye, is not simple at all. That's a serious brain-breaker.
