I've tried all of Linux's video editors, and the best UI is definitely Pitivi's. Clear and to the point. It can't do much, but it's not convoluted. I wish it wasn't nearly abandoned.

The smart business about this idea is that you control the car sales too, the locking system for licensing to third party car manufacturers, and the renting flying service. Big money!
I just don't believe it can happen with helicopter technology. Helis can do it, but the noise would be prohibiting to be accepted by cities. It really requires a new propulsion type, maybe some new, exotic stuff that are noiseless. Then you would be in business....
Dream I had recently: driving a 2 seater car (one seat behind the other) in town for shopping. Then autopilot kicked in, and the car drives inside a helicopter-like vehicle, and locks in. And then it takes off & takes us home, away from the city.
I believe that's the right way to do a "flying car". By having an actual car for the "last mile", and automation for the flying part. Never have to leave the car!
But all that require a propulsion breakthrough

Now that I'm kinda in the know of the phenomenon through my personal experiences, I long for the 1970s and 1980s, when it was all still a mystery. It had such an allure when the predominant theory was that these were "people from another planet", and not "interdimensional #AI drones recycling human souls on this planetary farm".
It has become a nightmare.
I have now rescued 4 more kittens, abandoned by their mother at a nearby stable. I had no choice but to rescue them. I was going to go for a 3 day vacation, but if I did, they'd die, so I canceled these plans. They're really a fuss, what can I say... I've grown kittens before, but these ones are spicy. Very shouty. I will grow them to be outdoor cats, although I like that white one...
One mother, 3 kittens of different ages. The middle kitten, the grey one, the cat's own kitten. The other two kittens are rescues that needed a mother. Especially the little one, that was abandoned and was 12 hours old, without having drank any milk. The cat, Callisto, is an amazing cat, accepted both stranger kittens without an issue! They are now safe at my good friend Spyros' place.
This is Nia. This 3 month old stray #puppy just survived the parvo virus (she's still not 100%). 90% of infectees die, but she got lucky getting good care! We will be fostering her for a month, until she gets her first shot, and then my cousin will take her to his home in the mountains, where he has 4-5 #dogs there, and many cats. She's a lovely little doggy, I love her already. She likes me a lot too, she cries every time I leave her alone!
She's the first dog I ever had!

Noonie, our rescue with massive kidney problems, died today via euthanasia. She was a great cat, but she was really suffering at the end and had lost lots of weight, so we had to let her go. We love you Noonie! Thank you for everything my little girl! You were fearless!
