Celebrated our 27th Anniversary last night at #ProvidenceLosAngeles...

I enjoyed the #winepairing while my wife was designated driver...

So, I'll take you through part of our dinner.

We started with #Hirai #Junmai #Sake to pair with the first dish #caviar and macadamia dish... It was nice to skip bubbles to start and have a crisp rice sake.
