Months without running is taking its toll in a number of ways. Still waiting for a calf muscle to cooperate and that bit of soft stuff behind my knee.
Plenty of walking but I need to be more disciplined with stretching.

Tomorrow's the day!

9+ months of increasing pain and immobility resulting in frozen shoulder on my (dominant) right side, hopefully to be substantially reduced with a #HydroDialation procedure πŸ₯πŸ’‰.

Looking forward to sleeping through the night, closely followed by being able to get dressed without intense pain, and hopefully running!

On the plus side I'm almost #ambidextrous, and my legs have benefited from 6 months of PT being leg day πŸ€ͺπŸ™ˆπŸ’ͺ

Experienced the 'distortion' effect on #Zwift today for the first time, which is apparently meant to recreate 'tunnel vision' towards the end of a hard interval.

Don't know if this is actually helpful for anyone, but I spent a good 5 minutes panicking that my tablet was broken! It wasn't until much googling later that I realised this is actually a 'feature' - thankfully with an off switch!

Anyone like this 'feature'??
