First run-off-the-bike workout today and I didn't fall over! π
Zone 2 30 minute ride followed by 5 minute zone 2 run, broken toe is a bit less sensitive now so 5 minutes was manageable. Challenging dashing across the gym floor though, but I'm sure I'll get used to it!
