Tara BHello fediverse! I've been wanting to get out of fuckbook and all for a while, but wasn't vibing with bluesky format... Then I found this amazing space!
I haven't dragged my IRL friends in yet, but I'm excited to connect with new people here too!
I'll start off with a little about myself. I'm Tara (she/her).
I'm from Seattle but living in Athens, Greece for many years now. I spend a lot of time in the #communitypermaculturegarden we started here in a little corner of a park that had basically been a dumpster for years. Our "crew" is called Green Rainbow and we love to create together. We're family, friends and community members that come together to make, dream, connect and learn in a truly accepting space.
Making music (singing, writing, ukulele, bass) makes me happy. So does my dog.
I believe humanity can and must do better, beginning with ourselves. It's not enough to solve the worlds problems, but it's something. And something is so much more than nothing. And many little somethings can make something big happen.
It's Sunday morning, my partner just woke up and we're enjoying coffee and a lazy morning before heading to the garden for our weekly "work party" π₯³ so I'll continue this later...
