Quite a lot of my shoulder range is still restricted and painful, especially at the ends of range, but still working as best I can on strengthening and improving the range!

This week my trainer got me doing bent over rows using the smith machine to take over the plane of movement, which allows me to focus much more closely on the quality.

Flippin hard work even with only 10kg, but taking it one day at a time!

Here's a before and after that I made, shows the significant increase in range of movement after only a few hours.

The exercises I have are still painful and physio starts next week, with a consultant review in 2 weeks, so there's a long road ahead but I'm super delighted with the outcome so far.

Really looking forward to days with considerably less pain and hopefully undisturbed sleep after so many months!

Absolutely fascinating how even an hour after the #HydroDialation I'd already got nearly twice the range of movement in my shoulder. Incredibly painful procedure but it seems to be very much worthwhile.

Couple of weeks of exercises and start physio next week, with follow up at the end of the month.

The marvels of medicine!

Nurse Daisy is supervising and making sure I'm resting and doing my exercises!

Tomorrow's the day!

9+ months of increasing pain and immobility resulting in frozen shoulder on my (dominant) right side, hopefully to be substantially reduced with a #HydroDialation procedure 🏥💉.

Looking forward to sleeping through the night, closely followed by being able to get dressed without intense pain, and hopefully running!

On the plus side I'm almost #ambidextrous, and my legs have benefited from 6 months of PT being leg day 🤪🙈💪
