Having to reset some goals as my body is not up for an ultra endurance event yet,, so my coach has put me onto a maintenance plan and I'm focusing more on strength and conditioning.

Got the consultant review in a few weeks to see if there's any options for the wonky shoulder which is still wonky and painful 8 weeks post #hydrodialatation ... Really hoping for some options but until then, onwards!

Quite a lot of my shoulder range is still restricted and painful, especially at the ends of range, but still working as best I can on strengthening and improving the range!

This week my trainer got me doing bent over rows using the smith machine to take over the plane of movement, which allows me to focus much more closely on the quality.

Flippin hard work even with only 10kg, but taking it one day at a time!

Today I disobeyed the #Peaker mantra and went to my #PT session without having eaten breakfast. It wasn't pretty, but managed to struggle through the session! 🤦‍♀️

On the plus side, I'm getting stronger in my shoulder as I recover from #hydrodialatation a month ago for #FrozenShoulder!

My penalty is having to sit in the cafe eating a protein bar and drinking a ridiculously sugary coffee before I'm capable of walking to my car without keeling over ... Don't make the same mistake as me! 🤦‍♀️😅🤢
