Amsterdammers, any recommendations for nice cafes for good Hot chocolate? Too many only serve chocomel, which isn't hot chocolate.

Looks like Café Direct discontinued their hot chocolate in 2023, which sucks because it was my absolute favourite hot chocolate my bulk buy is going to run out this winter I'm pretty sure. Can anyone recommend their favourite, if it meets my preferences:

* Not too sweet (Café Direct was 21 sugar)
* Rich taste
* Add to milk (so contains no milk powder)
* Powder (not chocolate shavings)
* Comes in absurd sizes (mmm 1kg of hot chocolate)
* Fairtrade or better
