Looks like Café Direct discontinued their hot chocolate in 2023, which sucks because it was my absolute favourite hot chocolate my bulk buy is going to run out this winter I'm pretty sure. Can anyone recommend their favourite, if it meets my preferences:

* Not too sweet (Café Direct was 21 sugar)
* Rich taste
* Add to milk (so contains no milk powder)
* Powder (not chocolate shavings)
* Comes in absurd sizes (mmm 1kg of hot chocolate)
* Fairtrade or better

@kapellosaur I used Penzey's Spices hot chocolate power. It comes in 1lb bags as well as smaller sizes, in either regular (with a dash of cinammon) or mint.
