I woke up to #soft sunlight filtering through the branches of a pine tree. At first, I didn’t know where I was, so I rolled over to sleep off my hangover. It wasn’t the first time I had awoken in an odd spot. At least this was better than a park bench covered with newspapers.

“Thank goodness. I was afraid I’d lost you.”

The voice was familiar.

I sat up, feeling the pine needles #snap under me, and looked into the face of Miss Emily Pang, the ghost.

“How long was I out? Our mission?” my reply #stilted by remnants of sleep.

“An hour, maybe half. We still have time if we hurry. Make yourself look like you barely escaped.”

When we emerged from the trees, we could see the Hindenburg. It lay in a tangled, smoking heap. The ship’s braces were twisted or broken. I gasped. The pictures I had seen didn’t capture the true devastation and tragedy of the accident.

“If only we could have prevented it,” I said, hurrying to catch up with Emily.

#Deloitte were happy to sign off on #Adani financials until a real auditor had a look at their transactions.

Companies that use these accounting and consulting firms do so because they know they will say whatever you want them to say.

Less auditing and more like public relations firms.

The #hindenbergreport continues to wrack #adanigroup. Both #Vanguard and #Blackrock have large exposure to the plummeting prices and remain tight lipped about their immediate moves.

With such explosive allegations levelled against #adani (and weakly rebutted) the onus is well and truly on the conglomerate to make market disclosures to settle the horses. Failure to do so makes all their hot air transparent. At the very least, they were exorbitantly over priced when #hindenberg's report dropped only 2 weeks ago. The inter-company loans particularly stink and politicians in India are mobilising against the company, although the social approbium has a long way to run in its native land. Guatam Adani has powerful friends, including the #QLD #ALP. The fish rots from the head down.
