Più trasparenza e più informazioni per gli utenti. Agenzia delle Entrate-Riscossione potenzia i servizi online per aiutare i contribuenti su avvisi, cartelle e rate. Il servizio “Situazione debitoria” ha l’obiettivo di fornire informazioni più complete su cartelle, avvisi e un unico prospetto di sintesi sulla situazione complessiva del contribuente.
La nuova versione del servizio permette di avere una panoramica più chiara sugli importi ancora da versare e quelli già saldati, sull’esistenza di eventuali procedure di riscossione in corso e sullo stato dei piani di rateizzazione o delle rottamazioni. L’utente può così approfondire il dettaglio dei singoli atti e anche procedere al pagamento online. Il servizio, realizzato con la collaborazione del partner tecnologico Sogei, è accompagnato da una guida alla navigazione che illustra in modo semplice tutte le funzionalità disponibili.
Come si accede al servizio “Situazione debitoria”
Il servizio “Situazione debitoria – Consulta e paga” è disponibile sul sito www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it sia nell’area riservata “Cittadini” e “Imprese”, a cui si accede tramite identità digitale (Spid, Cie e Cns e, per professionisti e imprese anche con le credenziali dell’Agenzia delle Entrate) sia in EquiPro, l’area riservata agli intermediati fiscali abilitati a Entratel.
Cosa cambia per avvisi, cartelle e rate
Le informazioni consultabili attraverso la nuova versione del servizio sono state arricchite per fornire al contribuente un quadro più completo della propria situazione debitoria. Il contribuente può consultare il dettaglio degli atti a suo carico e, su richiesta, può ottenere il prospetto di sintesi, che viene reso disponibile per il download entro 24 ore, con tutti gli atti riferiti al codice fiscale oggetto dell’interrogazione su tutti gli ambiti provinciali.
Nel prospetto sono riportati la tipologia del documento, l’ente creditore, la data di notifica, l’importo del carico iniziale, gli importi versati, le eventuali sospensioni, le somme interessate da misure agevolative, il residuo da versare e il totale aggiornato. Viene inoltre evidenziata la presenza di eventuali procedure cautelari o esecutive, di piani di rateizzazione o di definizioni agevolate.

More transparency and more information for users. The Revenue Agency-Debt Recovery strengthens online services to assist taxpayers with notices, assessments, and installment plans. The “Tax Debt Status” service aims to provide more complete information on assessments, notices, and a single summary statement of the taxpayer’s overall situation.
The new version of the service allows users to have a clearer overview of outstanding amounts to pay and those already paid, the existence of any ongoing debt recovery procedures, and the status of installment plans or write-offs. Users can then delve into the details of individual documents and also proceed with online payment. The service, developed in collaboration with technological partner Sogei, is accompanied by a navigation guide that simply illustrates all available functionalities.
How to Access the “Tax Debt Status” Service
The “Tax Debt Status – Consult and Pay” service is available on the website www.agenziaentrateriscossione.gov.it in the “Citizens” and “Businesses” areas, which can be accessed via digital identity (Spid, Cie and Cns and, for professionals and businesses also with the credentials of the Revenue Agency) as well as in EquiPro, the area reserved for authorized tax intermediaries.
What Changes for Notices, Assessments, and Installment Plans
The information accessible through the new version of the service has been enriched to provide the taxpayer with a more complete picture of their tax debt. The taxpayer can consult the details of documents against them and, upon request, can obtain the summary statement, which is made available for download within 24 hours, with all documents related to the tax identification number subject to the inquiry across all provincial areas.
The summary includes the type of document, the creditor entity, the date of notification, the initial amount of the charge, the amounts paid, any suspensions, amounts subject to incentive measures, the outstanding balance to pay, and the updated total. The presence of any precautionary or enforcement proceedings, installment plans, or incentive settlements is also highlighted.
