Even in Germany, #hydrogen refuelling stations for cars are disappearing. This one is being demolished after only four years. It was erected with a subsidy of one million euros. Could we do a back-of-the-envelope calculation of the subsidy per kg #H2 dispensed?

Das Westfälische Energieinstitut hat das Prinzip der Auslastung von Erdgasspeichern auf eine künftige, importabhängige Wasserstoffwirtschaft übertragen. Die zu speichernde Energiemenge wäre demnach ungefähr gleich, das Volumen aber fünfmal höher.
