Kaizers Orchestra is back in the Netherlands! Since the release of their debut album “Ompa til du dør” a quarter of a century ago, they have built up a cult status among fans all over the world with their mix of indie gypsy rock, theatrical cabaret and avant-garde percussion. And even though they sing partly in an obscure Norwegian dialect, their energetic stage presence captivates every audience and gets them singing along. The tour celebrates their 25th anniversary, featuring songs from throughout their career. Kaizer family unite!

When filmmakers Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris heard DeVotchKa's evocative sound drifting through the airwaves on a radio station in Santa Monica, they knew they'd found the emotional heartbeat for their film “Little Miss Sunshine.”

That instinct proved prophetic. DeVotchKa's soundtrack and score for the 2006 film became inseparable from its story. The bittersweet orchestration to the Hoover family's cross-country journey, captured the themes of hope, resilience, and beautifully imperfect dreams. The work earned DeVotchKa a Grammy nomination for Best Compilation Soundtrack Album and the film won two Oscars. Introducing the world to the band's cinematic, lush orchestral sound, songs like "Til the End of Time" and "How It Ends" transcended the screen to become anthems.

Now, two decades later, DeVotchKa are celebrating this landmark collaboration with a special 20th anniversary tour, “A Celebration ofthe Music of Little Miss Sunshine”, revisiting the soundtrack and score that launched them into the cultural conversation – and a reminder that sometimes the most beautiful twists of fate create the most lasting art.

Eugene Hutz von Gogol Bordello beugt sich nicht der antisemitschen Hetze und in der Kosequenz aus den erbärmlichen Vorfällen von Glastonbury hat er die Band Bob Vylan aus dem Vorprogramm der Tour von Gogol Bordello, mit denen er auch im Kölner Luxor touren wollte. Anders kann man mit solchen klar antisemitisichen Bands nicht umgehen. Starkes Signal!
