A few isolated #showers and #thunderstorms have formed in the Iron Range and Rainy River Basin regions of the #Northland early this evening.
Nothing strong or #severe with them at this time, but expect some #gusty #winds and decent #rainfall as they move through.
8 P.M. #RADAR UPDATE:
The #clipper system is bringing plenty of #snow and #gusty #winds to the #Northland.
A few spots have heavy #snowfall rates, and more is on the way for the rest of the night.
STORM SYSTEM WINDING DOWN:
Winds in the #Northland have decreased enough for the #Blizzard Warning and #Winter #Storm Warning alerts for the North Shore and Arrowhead regions to be downgraded to a Winter #Weather Advisory.

NORTHLAND FORECAST FOR FEBRUARY 19, 2026:
The #Northland remains under the influence of a strong #winter #storm system Wednesday night and Thursday.
#Snow #showers and #gusty #winds persist, but become more isolated and lighter.
#Temperatures will remain #mild with lows in the 20s and highs in the upper 20s and lower half of the 30s

#Lakeeffect #snow #showers will persist along the South Shore Snowbelt region through Tuesday night, leading to a couple inches of new #snowfall.
The rest of the #Northland will see #gusty #winds and dropping #temperatures. #Windchills will be below zero by Wednesday morning.
UPDATE: The #Wind #Advisory alerts have been expanded to cover a few more counties in the I-35 Corridor and most of the #TwinPorts region in the #Northland.
It will become #gusty this evening and tonight as #temperatures drop below #freezing.
