Scattered light showers are possible behind this line.
It should all be out of the region by sunrise Friday.
NORTHLAND FORECAST FOR MAY 15, 2026:
#Showers and a few #thunderstorms will move through the #Northland Thursday night with #breezy #winds. Low #temperatures will be #warm in the upper 40s and 50s.
Friday will see plenty of #sunshine, #gusty winds, and highs in the 70s and low 80s. A Red Flag Warning will be in effect for extreme #fire danger levels, so please don’t burn.

4 P.M. #RADAR UPDATE:
A scattered line of #showers and possible #thunderstorms are moving through the western half of the #Northland.
It will continue to the east/northeast this evening and early tonight.
If #lightning occurs, #fires could start where they strike the ground. Yes, it's that #dry!

However, the greatest #weather concern is the very high and extreme #fire danger levels through Friday.

The #Northland will see mostly clear skies Wednesday night with very light #winds. Low temperatures in the 30s and low 40s could lead to patchy #frost in spots.
A front will bring scattered #showers and possible #thunderstorms Thursday afternoon and evening. A #breeze will keep those near #LakeSuperior cooler than further inland.
