It is a #cooler and less #humid day across the region compared to earlier this week.
Most of us are #dry, but some #showers and a weak #thunderstorm or two are trying to push back in from the south.
Those #precipitation chances will continue the rest of today.

Strong to #severe #thunderstorms will move out of the #Northland early Wednesday night, leading to partly #cloudy skies and low #temperatures in the 50s.
Thursday starts #dry, with scattered #showers by the afternoon and #breezy west #winds. Highs will be #cooler but #seasonal for early summer in the 70s.

8 P.M. #RADAR UPDATE:
Still watching a few clusters of #showers and #thunderstorms pushing through the #Northland late this evening.
They are likely going to remain just before the #severe #weather threshold. I would still expect gusty #winds, small #hail, and heavy #rainfall.
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING:
A #Severe #Thunderstorm #Warning has been issued for the southern half of the #TwinPorts region of the #Northland.
Greatest threat from this #storm are #wind gusts up to 60 mph and #hail up to 1 inch in diameter.
4:20 P.M. #RADAR UPDATE:
Monitoring a couple areas across the #Northland where #showers and #thunderstorms continue to develop and strengthen.
As of the timing of this post, nothing is #severe. The threat is there for strong #winds and #hail.
Focus points are Sawyer County, the Twin Ports, and eventually the line along the cold front still west of our region. It is coming...
FLOOD ADVISORY:
A #Flood Advisory covers most of Burnett County due to persistent heavy #rainfall over the past few hours.
Water has been reported covering at least one road in Webster.
2:30 P.M. #RADAR UPDATE:
#Showers and #thunderstorms scattered in northwest #Wisconsin are not #severe at the moment. Some heavy #rainfall is taking place in spots.
Meanwhile, the line of thunderstorms to the west of the #Northland will push into the region with the next few hours. They are expected to intensify.

After a weakening round of #showers and #thunderstorms pass through Wednesday morning, the #Northland will see at least several #severe thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours.
All types of severe #weather threat are possible, including high #winds, large #hail, flash #flooding, and #tornado.
