Update six weeks after my surgery

After 2 weeks back to swimming, I was able to reach 1000 meters today. I didn’t use my cane for the experiment 🥳

Enjoying my sunbath now, after the efforts 😎

Next week I have a plan to do 30 km on my road bike.

Update four weeks after my surgery

Last week, I started swimming: 500 meters of swimming, 1 km of walking with a cane, and climbing and descending 12 floors without a cane. Is this a new sport combined with the Olympic or Paralympic Games? ☺️

After, I was walking better without a cane in my apartment. I will do it multiple times a week!

Update 24 days after my surgery

This is my first short ride on my commute bicycle with my can attached (just in case). The only challenge is climbing my recovery leg over the bike at the start and end.

Just 10 km because I’m reasonable, now :-)
