The Vietnamese Community in Australia – Victoria Chapter are once again hosting their free Vietnamese TET Lunar New Year Festival on the Eastern Lawn at Footscray Park this weekend.

The Park has been set up for the event and will remain accessible throughout the weekend. Festivities will run from 11am to 10pm on Saturday 28 February and Sunday 1
