Did a big cry while looking through mom's slideshow again. Started writing a letter to her, and realized I blame myself for her progressive illness and ultimate death. Finished the letter with an apology, cried some more, and messaged my therapist. It's painful to sift through all of these emotions, but a step is a step, and I'm grateful for each one.

Getting lost in Paldea's zero stakes reality has been a gasp of precious air this week.
