Twice I've had to reduce my T dose because my levels came in way too high, and both times that led to a masculinization spurt. If this keeps happening I'm gonna up on a near-homeopathic dose while somehow also turning into a Slavic mountain man.

I wonder if the cis bros doing graymarket T know that anything in excess of requirements just gets converted to E. Should we tell them?

Going to meet my mum soon (I'm not out to her and she saw me last time in October 2025).

I'm wearing a sports bra despite not wearing bras at all anymore. I think that she sees me without a bra she would tell "you must wear a bra!!" so I comply in advance, but it's a somewhat old sports bra from where my chest was not as Large as now, so it works as a mild binder and makes me look even Larger :) :)

Hey mainly US #trans folks, especially #transmasc folks, I’m looking for recommendations for bottom surgeons located anywhere in the US. Outside US recs also welcome as I might consider that depending on cost and quality and such. But really just looking for surgeons where folks have had a good experience, even if you haven’t had the surgery yet/didn’t get it for whatever reason. Pls help!
