Day 1 #greatcyclechallenge #sickkids #training : Today was a moderate workout day. I did a 15km easy ride followed by some HIIT and a huge salad 🥗

This week I raised 656$! I’m this close to 1000$. If I raise that much and more I will do a cycling marathon of 140km at the end of the month.

I signed up for the Great Cycle Challenge! I started doing this challenge during the first year of COVID - I had to take a break last year because of travel commitments, but this year I'm back! 🚴‍♀️
