The medical symptoms these folks experienced as a result of living near a Bitcoin mining facility will be experienced by more and more people as data centers dedicated to AI applications proliferate across the US. Generative AI systems such as #ChatGPT and #StableDiffusion run on the same sort of hardware as Bitcoin mining and the workloads have similar noise profiles.
