GothCon is a Swedish #TTRPG #convention and the sister convention of the German #DreieichCon. We attended this year's convention, met two members of #GothCon, and interviewed them. The full interview is now available on #YouTube. Enjoy!

Kennt ihr die #GothCon? Auf der #DreieichCon2025 waren zwei Mitglieder der Orga der schwedischen #Convention vor Ort. Nun findet ihr den Talk online. #DreieichCon #pnpde
At the big Swedish gaming conventions, a group of lovely volunteers organise a free #tea bar. On the bar are five pump thermoses. If you happen to be the one who empties a thermos, which is more likely if you drink a lot of tea, you get a Killpoint sticker for your cup.
Main impression after my first #GothCon: it is an excellent gaming convention. In fact, it is almost identical to the likewise excellent #LinCon, which is closer to my home and just six weeks later in the spring. So all in all, I feel that I would probably attend GothCon too regularly if it were in November. But I don't need two identical cons six weeks apart.
I have the dreaded con crud, that is, the cold you catch at a long gaming convention. *sniffle*
#GothCon 2025, games played.
#Boardgames: Netrunner, The Grizzled, Farkle, Kingdomino, Zombie Dice, Hansa Teutonica, Ticket To Ride, Patchwork, Sanctum.
#ttrpg: Game-mastered 10 hours of Brindlewood Bay for three groups.
In the Brindlewood Bay RPG you play widows in their 70s who investigate murders in a small coastal Massachusetts town. Over the past days I've played it with three groups of four each: one with players c. 30, one men c. 55, one highschoolers 17. Worked well throughout, 13 people had fun!
