My very first attempt at a fish pie. I’ve made shepherd’s pie in the past (veggie version though, but still) and it was enjoyable so this had been somewhere in the back of my mind as something I really wanna try.
Bit difficult since I’ve never really poached fish and I think I kinda messed it up (plus I don’t have haddock or cod so I used lavaret and salmon) and I think I might have used a bit too much cheddar (if there even is such a thing) but it ought to taste nice once it’s done. We’ll see. 🤞
I’ll need to heat up some peas still and then it ought to be ready to eat.
