Con la nuova rivoluzione industriale dell'Ai si sta notando sempre più quello che è un gap tra la domanda e l'offerta di lavoro. Per ridurre questo gap va fatta tanta formazione, investimenti sia nella fase scolastica e universitaria ma anche dopo in azienda durante l'attività lavorativa, con attivitòò di reskilling e upskilling". Così, con Adnkronos, Davide Ferraro, amministratore delegato di WinTime, a margine del suo intervento a Capri Talks, il format ideato da Spin Factor nell'isola campana.
Secondo Ferraro i giovani "rappresentano la risorsa strategica dell'economia, e quindi anche del nostro Paese, è necessario avvicinarli sempre più al mondo del lavoro perchè stiamo assistendo sempre più a un allontamento da esso. Oggi i giovani vogliono essere degli attori principali e non solo delle comparse delle attività sociali", ha concluso.
