John PedenThe worst part of traveling and having anxiety about airplanes is that you have to conquer that fear twice. You have to fly back. But, all this anxious research about flying has lead to learning a lot and gaining interest in airplanes. It’s incredible we can fly 35,000ft in the sky extremely safely. I was able to recognize certain sensations and sounds as normal, calm down, and enjoy the flight back tonight!! Granted I was nervous before.
