If your package shows a delivery time of between, say, 10:10am and 2:10pm and that time gets pushed back even before 2:10pm arrives, then you are absolutely not getting your package today.

It will delayed with a “Sorry” followed by a lame excuse.

If you commit to a date and time, I expect you to meet that commitment. That’s just common courtesy.
