The Education Dept. was established by Congress in 1979 to "ensure that education issues receive proper treatment at the Federal level” & "enable the Federal Government to coordinate its education activities more effectively.”

Now Congress seems like it couldn't care less as #Trump overrides it, dismantling the Education Dept. bit-by-bit & pushing its responsibilities to other gov departments.

The Government claimed a jailbreak of Fable 5 but has only indicated this verbally - Anthropic disputes the government's classification suggesting the possible jailbreak is very narrow in scope.
