I just watched #DisclosureDay -- produced & directed by Steven Spielberg & starring #EmilyBlunt -- & I liked it.
Parts of the plot were implausible & most of the CGI was unconvincing but, if the movie was intended to make the viewer contemplate the possible existence of alien life beyond what was depicted by Spielberg in #ET & #CloseEncounters, then I believe that it accomplishes that in a not necessarily new but certainly in an entertaining way.
I'd rate the movie at a 7 out of 10 and would rate below ET at 8 & above Close Encounters at 6. All very close but my relative ratings will stand.

Richard BruntonWent to see #DisclosureDay and it was a polarising experience. Some lazy writing, unexplained turns, clearly there's a much longer edit there, but I enjoyed it. Hoped for more #CloseEncounters than #ET, but there we go. My friend hated it, and that's me putting it lightly!
