It is *so* important for me to be able to #EditPosts, that that alone is a big disadvantage in using #Bluesky by comparison to #Mastodon. The developers could add that option at some point, and I very much hope so.
At the moment, that difference is even more inconvenient than having a smaller #CharacterLimit, problematic as though that is for me, also. In any case, that can vary according to #Instance.
No biased #algorithms! And being able to #EditPosts! That right there is worth the learning curve! The only feature I wish we had here is the ability to share #lists. Perhaps in a future update?

If you use the web site you can edit your posts. The app doesnt have an edit function.
In the app on a post click the 3 dots. At the bottom on the menu click open browser. On the post click the 3 dots. Click edit. Click Save. Going back to the app swipe down to refresh and the edited post will apppear.
When on the web browser save/bookmark your profile page for the future.

Mastodon 3.5 supports editing of posts. I wonder how edited posts will look on other fediverse platforms?
This is why we need to have #Fediverse be fully-functional over #Tor (even Fb have a Tor site). For #privacy *and* #anonymity.
#People will be more safe #organising #protests over the #internet if they know that #surveillance networks not only cannot see what they are saying, but cannot even see whose identity belongs to who, and to who that identity is talking with.
Unfortunately over Tor, cannot even #deletePosts or #editPosts at the moment.
