If you use the web site you can edit your posts. The app doesnt have an edit function.
In the app on a post click the 3 dots. At the bottom on the menu click open browser. On the post click the 3 dots. Click edit. Click Save. Going back to the app swipe down to refresh and the edited post will apppear.
When on the web browser save/bookmark your profile page for the future.
