It seems inequitable that two corporations, having identical taxable income, should pay the same tax if one of them scrapes to earn a 5% profit margin in a highly competitive industry while the other enjoys a 25% or higher profit margin due to pricing power and rent-seeking.
As much as #Monopoly sucks because it’s a game of chance, my kids learned about #capitalism, how wealth is more a function of luck & circumstance, and why #landlords are amongst the most worthless people in existence.
