Paid my Fed & State #IncomeTaxes today, a day early to avoid the "rush" at the PO, with #USPS #PriorityMail which is supposed to guarantee 3 days delivery but, in my experience, sometimes fails to achieve that.

I print the labels at home off of USPS' website & then wait to have the labels scanned at the counter to make sure that tracking shows delivery on the date it was mailed.

After that, I get the float on my $$ until the USPS delivers it & my bank "cashes" the checks.

It's just a few pennies but it's worth it to me to make the government wait for their $. 😊
