Not nationalise. Markets are important to help determine where and how much housing there needs to be. Politicians have failed in this for decades. But once you take the land value out, and we stop paying both land rent *and* taxes on our labour, it becomes so much easier and solves a whole load more economic issues than merely the housing situation.
