Do you find this image remarkable? I know I do. Do you expect all disabled people to do this? No? Why is that?

Because that would be ableism.
The idea that all disabled people have the same barriers and therefore the same needs is something I am working to change. I want to see disability equity, not disability equality!
Because disabilities are as unique as we are.
