My puny attempt at M1, the Crab Nebula. I'd need many more hours on this target to do it justice. And more magnification would help too :)

The Crab Nebula lies about 6500 light years away in the constellation Taurus. It's a supernova remnant and it corresponds to an observation by astronomers in 1054 who noted a bright "guest star" that was visible for nearly a month.

IC63 - Ghost of Cassiopeia

An emission and reflection nebula located about 550 light-years away in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is shaped by radiation from the nearby star Gamma Cassiopeiae, which influences the gas and dust within the nebula.
