Zwei Wanderfalken (Falco peregrinus) auf einem felsigen Kliff bei der Paarung: Ein Falke landet mit ausgebreiteten Schwingen auf dem Rücken des anderen, während sie sich auf einem kahlen Ast über der steilen Felswand festklammern. Das Gefieder zeigt die typische graublaue Oberseite und die fein gebänderte Unterseite. Die Szene wirkt dynamisch und dokumentiert Fortpflanzungsverhalten in ihrem natürlichen Lebensraum.

Two peregrine falcons (Falco peregrinus) on a rocky cliff during mating: one falcon lands with outstretched wings on the back of the other while they cling to a bare branch above the steep rock face. Their plumage shows the characteristic blue-grey upperparts and finely barred underparts. The scene is dynamic and documents reproductive behavior in their natural habitat.
