Je viens de me rendre compte que le Gouvernement du Québec a mis en ligne cette plateforme de consultation publique basée sur #Decidim, un logiciel dont j'explore présentement les possibilités pour les municipalités/communautés et que je trouve prometteur.

como ejabberd (GPLv2). É algo que está na minha fila para tentar libertar a universidade daquilo que citou no fim.
