I’ve just read volume 3 of the relaunched, English-language ’Metal Hurlant’. Wonderful art throughout, although the reprints can have pretty weak scripts, and their sexual attitudes aren’t great. Fav story was Ryan Heshka’s retro-weird ‘Do Not Disturb’

I loved this sumptuous English language re-launch of Metal Hurlant, jam-packed with a mix of classics and new stories. Favourites were Moebius's 'Is Man Good?', James Stokoe's 'Red Planet Tomatoes', and Yuri Campos's 'Lacuna'.

Sadly and with great joy I have come to report that I've read book four of #Oglaf. It was exceptionaly good and I'll be reading it again after I go back through the other three books which I read 3 pages at a time over several weeks.
The best Oglaf comic for me, so far, is #Dangle
